Adding a Permit to Work

To add permit to work you will need to click into the permit to work module and then click +create site record. 

Select the site, title the permit, fill in who the contractors are, select the staff reporting to from the drop down, fill in the date and any comments. 

To attach the permit document, click +add files to attach document. Once you've selected you document, fill in the description and click upload

Click submit and then ok to save. 

If you need to add any actions click actions, and then click +new action.
