Adding a Subcontractor

When adding a subcontractor into Safety Cloud, you will firstly need to click in the subcontractor module via the site dashboard. 

To add a contractor click on either create single site subcontractor/multi-site subcontractor, depending on whether the contractor works across sites or is a single site contractor. 

You will then need to fill in the company information: company name, contact name, address, start date, etc. Once you have filled in all the relevant details you will need to click save.

You will have the option at the bottom via the document upload section to add any documents that do not require refresher dates- eg. company contact informations etc. This can be done by clicking + add files selecting a document and clicking start upload.
