Adding an Uploaded COSHH Assessment
To add an uploaded COSHH to the system, you will first need to click into the COSHH module from the site dashboard and the into the uploaded COSHH module.
To upload a COSHH assessment, click either + new multi-site document or + new site document.
Fill in the details of the COSHH assessment, name, date, site, category, review date, select a document owner and then click save.
You will then be able to attach any documents necessary using the document upload section at the bottom of the page.
Click +add files to attach a document and click start upload. If you want to add any actions into the system, you can do so at the bottom of the screen. For more help on this click here.
