Adding a New & Expectant Mothers Risk Assessment
To add a new & expectant mothers risk assessment onto the system, you will first need to click into the risk assessment module from the site dashboard.
You will then need to click into new & expectant mothers risk assessment.
To add a new & expectant mothers risk assessment you will need to click + new site document.
Fill in details: document name, date, select the site, assign the risk assessment to the specific member of staff its relevant to, fill in the review date and select an owner (if necessary) and then click save.
You will then be able to attach a document via the document uploader section, click + add files, attach the relevant document/file and click start upload.
If you need to add any actions, click +add action and fill in the relevant details.
