Adding an Online Manual Handling Risk Assessment
To add an online manual handling risk assessment onto the system, you will first need to click into the risk assessment module from the site dashboard.
You will then need to click into online manual handling risk assessment.
You will need to click either + new site document or multi-site document, depending on whether your risk assessment is site specific or a multi site document.
Select the date the record is being done from, select a review date, fill in the title of the activity/task, fill in who is completing the assessment and then any specific control measures required. All fields with a red * are required fields that need to be filled in for the form to save.
You will then need to fill in the questions that populate as below- you will need to answer and select from the drop down either yes, no(high), no(medium), no(low).
You are able to add an observation/action on any questions. Click the 3 lines underneath the question you wish to comment on and the below screen will open. Fill in you observations, add a file- photo/certificate etc and add an action if necessary.
When you've completed the form, scroll back up to the top of the form and click submit and then OK.
You will then have the option to add any additional actions to the assessment via the actions button.
If you need to add any actions, click +add action and fill in the relevant details.
