Logging an RTC

To log an RTC in the system, you will need to click into the transport module from the site dashboard. 

You will the need to click on the road traffic collision module. 

To create a new site record you will need to click + create site record. 

You will then need to fill in all the details of the form. 

Towards the bottom of the form, there are fields for third party details, injured persons, independent witnesses and passenger details. If you need to add multiples of these, click repeat and this will generate another.

You will also have the option to upload any files towards the bottom of the screen. 

If you wish to add multiple documents, click + add files, add a description if necessary and click upload. 

When you have finished the form, scroll back up to the top and click submit. 

Once this has been submitted you now have the option to export the full individual record into a PDF by selecting the tick box of the specific record and selecting the 'Export PDF' option.
