Reviewing a Safe Operating Procedure
To review any safe operating procedure, you will need to click into the module from you dashboard.
You will then need to tick next to the relevant risk assessment you wish to update and the click review.
Fill in the reviewed section at the bottom of the form- reviewed by, review date, next review date, if you wish to change the document attached click change files and then OK and the document uploader section will populate at the bottom of the screen. Use the preview button next to this to preview the existing document attached to the assessment.
When you have completed the review page, click save.
If you have chosen to update the document attached to the assessment, you will then be able to attach a document via the document uploader section, click + add files, attach the relevant document/file and click start upload.
