Reviewing a COSHH assessment

To review an uploaded COSHH assessment, you will need to tick next to the record you wish to review and click review. 

Fill in the review section, date the document is being reviewed and next review date. To view the existing document attached to the policy record, click on the file button. To change the file, click change file and OK. 

To review a Safety Cloud COSHH assessment you will need to tick on the record and click review. 

You will then need to click OK to the warning below. Once you have clicked OK the online assessment will open and you can make any changes to the COSHH form. Once you have finished, click save.
