Reviewing DSE Assessments
If a staff member completes a DSE assessment and answer no to any of the question, actions will be created against it and show up on the site dashboard.
To access these you will need to click on the risk assessment module on the dashboard and then into your display screen equipment assessments as highlighted in the image below.
Any staff members who have answered no to any questions, will automatically show up as actions in the action column. Open actions will highlight in red.
If the employee response was selected as 'No' to an answer on the form they will have an observation field whereby they can add additional information. To find this information, go to the outstanding action
When you Edit/Complete the action that was automatically created from their 'No' response you can see the reasonings why.

To view the whole of the assessment click on the work station link.
To identify how many actions of either High, Medium or Low priority, across all sites under the current parent sites select 'Identify Issues' button.
All question information from the staff at the selected dashboard you have chosen will appear as seen below
Exporting this table will show, in detail, each corresponding action to the site along with other information regarding the action.
