Viewing/Reviewing Staff Safety Observations

To view Staff Safety Observations that have been logged by your staff members, you will need to go onto the module via the site dashboard. 


From here click into the Safety Observations module

Once you are in the module you are able to search ID, Location or second name of the staff member. 

The screen will automatically only show you observations that have been logged a year to date, excluding those that have been archived. 

You can expand the dates being shown by clicking the search icon on the right-hand side of the screen.

To view an observation you will need to click on the ID number next to the relevant observation. This will open the form in full in a read only format.

To update a form you will need to click update next to the relevant form. 

When you are updating a form you will see status will change to 'draft/new version' as highlighted below. 

You can then update any information in the form, update the status to in progress/completed/archived. Once you have completed any updates, click submit and a new version of the form will generate, as with an accident/near miss form. 

To add any actions, make sure you are on the read only view of the form and click on the actions button.
