Moving Work Equipment Assets

If you need to move a work equipment check assets across dashboards you can do so by the very top level of the system. 

NB- please be aware you will access to multiple dashboards to complete this task, dashboard managers will be unable to do this and this has to be completed at a reporting level to choose between sites. 

From your reporting level access, you will need to click onto the work equipment check module.

Find the asset you wish to move from you list of assets (example below is of a ladder) and click on the title of the asset to go into the asset information:

Once in the asset you will see that the site located at tab is a drop down. NB please be aware if you do not see a dropdown you are at a site level, not a reporting level. Use the site selector to navigate to the correct dashboard. 

Select the site from the dropdown you wish to move it to and once selected click save. 

Once saved the system will confirm your asset has been updated.
