Adding a Service/Inspection to a Work Equipment Check Item

Go to the Work Equipment Check from your main reporting dashboard.

To add a service/inspection for a specific item, you will need to click on the specific item you wish to add a service or inspection for. 

To add a new service or inspection click +add new type of service or inspection.

Fill in all the details:

  • Title/type of check you are adding - for example annual inspection
  • Add a question set if applicable
  • A short description of the check
  • Select the check box if its a statutory inspection
  • Fill in the start date
  • Select the check box if it's scheduled
  • Set the recurrence type (frequency or day of the week/hour, you will be able to add a check for frequency of hours, days, weeks or months) 
  • Set the offset reminder details - this setting controls when email notifications are sent out and when the record will turn orange in the system
  • Select a document if necessary via the + add files

If you need to add any additional actions to any of the checks, you will be able to do so at the bottom of the service/inspection.
