Logging an Enforcement Officer Visit

To log an enforcement officer visit on Safety Cloud, you will need to click on the Enforcement Officer Visits module from the site dashboard.  

To create a new enforcement officer visit form, click +create site record.

You will then need to fill in the form with all the information from the visit- details of the officer and then information about the visit. 

You will  have the option to add any supporting documents at the bottom of the screen for example any letter or action plan that has been sent. To add a file click +add files and then upload. 

Once you have added any documents and you have completed the form, scroll back up to the top and click submit to save the form.
