Attaching a File
All records existing and created within Safety Cloud 2 have the ability to attach files to them. A list of compatible file types can be found at the bottom of this help guide.
Firstly go onto your chosen record that requires an attachment. For this example purpose I have used a Work Equipment service.
Scroll to the bottom of the record and click add file. You will then be directed to your PC file explorer. Navigate your PC documents and select the attachment required. Once the attachment has been selected from your PC you will see a preview of this.
Once the attachment has been selected from your PC you will see a preview of this.
Please note you need to Add file for each attachment before selecting 'Start Upload' or you can click 'start' next to the individual file. Once all files have been added you must click start to upload the file(s).
Once the document is attached, the file will show no start button next to it as below:
Make sure sure you click save on the asset when you want to exit this page.
If you want to download any of you documents, you can do so by click download zip.
