Enabling (Unarchiving)

The Archive/Enable functions is only given to super users or specific users after the helpdesk receives email confirmation from a super user stating they need the access to the buttons.

To enable previously archived records, perhaps when a staff member has returned to the business and their training is now out of date, search for the user in the search all categories on or for the record via 'show archived':

click on the Show Archived text, which appears above the table on the left hand side.

find the relevant archived training - this will show a 'Yes' in the Is Archived column, and then click the box on the left hand side until a blue tick appears.

and then click the Enable Attendee button, this will enable the record and it will be visible on the live table.

You can tick multiple records and enable at the same time.
