Create Safety Alert or Bulletin
Please note to create a safety alert or bulletin you will need to allocated this super user functionality. If you do not have this access, we require written permission to be able to allocate this access to your account.
To create an alert or bulletin click on Safety Alerts and Bulletins module.
Once in the module click to create a Safety Alert and Bulletin
Then select as seen below to create a new Alert or Bulletin
You must fill out all fields when creating a new alert or bulletin. Name your record accordingly in relation to the Alert or Bulletin, our consultants would advise using an alert for 'requires urgent attention' and bulletin as a 'for your information'. Select a date and then select the sites you wish for this bulletin or alert to go to.
You will then be taken back to the main module. You can find the alert/bulletin you created, click into it to add any additional document attachments.
You are then able to add any relevant attachments or files required.
This will then show as a required action on Dashboard managers accounts and send them an automatic email to alert them that an alert or bulletin has been added.
