Open Actions On Historic Records - Grey Actions

Grey actions are open actions on a historic record. 

To access these historic open actions, you will need to first find them in the system- this could be a policy, handbook quiz results, work equipment check inspection etc. 

From the screen shot below you can see there are 3 completed actions and 2 historic actions on the first inspection, shown by the grey dot with 2 in. 

To access these historic/grey actions and close them out, you will need to select the record by selecting/ticking the box next to it on the left hand side and clicking show history. 

This will then bring up any historical/archived versions of the document/asset/inspection and you will be able to see any open historical actions, now highlighted in red. To open up the action, click on the red action. 

You will then be able to close down these actions by clicking edit/complete.
