My Dashboard - Overview
As a general user of Safety Cloud, you will only have access to your personal staff dashboard. Here you will have access to read only versions of your companies handbook, risk assessments, COSHH, policies and be able to complete some training.
When you log onto Safety Cloud and click My Dashboard you will be greeted with a screen similar to below. If you have dashboard manager access to Safety Cloud you will automatically see the site dashboard when you log onto Safety Cloud. To access your personal dashboard you will need to click my dashboard from the tabs in the top right hand corner.
In the quick links (the left of the screen) you will have access to anything you need to 'do' on the system eg. completing a handbook quiz, health surveillance form, DSE etc. Any quick links required will show in orange if they are nearly overdue and red if they are overdue. If your company have the setting applied you may be able to log an accident from the quick link section, here is a quick guide on how to do this - Logging an Accident
In the elearning section you will be able to see any elearning that is allocated to you and dates of completion. Any elearning modules that are due for renewal will show in orange if they are nearly overdue and red if they are overdue. Please note sometimes you can have several pages of these.
Further down, if you have any assigned actions, you will be able to see these in the assigned actions section. More info will give you some details of the module/asset that the action sits in and you can click edit/complete the close the action.
Further down the page you will have access to read only versions of you company documents - eg COSHH assessments, risk assessments, policies etc. Your overdue training will also appear here to alert you. You can complete specifically eLearning from the eLearning section, alternatively any training conducted by your company a dashboard manager will need to update on your behalf.
Click on any of the modules and then you will see and documents. Click on the file pre-viewer and the document will pop up in your screen to read through.
