Transport - Company Vehicle Checks

A dashboard manager is able to add Company Vehicle Checks to Safety Cloud through the Transport module so individual users can complete these via quick links from their My Dashboard. 

Go to your main reporting dashboard and select the transport module

Before adding in a Company Vehicle Check please ensure you:

- Have added the Vehicle - Adding a Vehicle

- Assigned the Vehicle to the user

Once the vehicle is recorded in the system and has been assigned to the staff member you can then click Company Vehicle Checks 

From here you are able to create a new record for the staff member and the vehicle they should be conducting checks on

You will need to fill in all information required with a '*' and submit once you are happy the information is correct

Once submitted to view the record you can click on the ID number from the modules hub. This will open a read only copy. The user can then keep up to date with their checks from their My Dashboard.  

When an individual user logs in and goes to My Dashboard they can access the Company Vehicle Checks (via quick links) which has been set up above

When they select Company Vehicle Checks the record a manager has created will show. 

They can select this to fill out a new form to submit (which will show on the main reporting dashboard Company Vehicle Checks).
