My Dashboard - Company Vehicle Checks
A feature of the Transport module in Safety Cloud 2 is the ability to assign vehicles to staff who can then do a monthly scheduled check on the condition of the vehicle.
The checklist appears on staff members 'my dashboard' once the vehicle is assigned and they can complete checks and raise actions against defects found during the check.
From 'My Dashboard' if you have a vehicle assigned you can select the quick link on the left 'Company Vehicle Checks'
This will take you to the hub of company vehicle checks where you can review and complete a check for a vehicle you have completed checks on before or create a check for a new vehicle you have been assigned.
To review a check of a vehicle you have already completed select the name of the vehicle as pictured:
Complete the form:
Select Submit - to record the check.
This will update the record for review in a months time.
If you are assigned a vehicle and have completed checks - the reminder to review the check will be sent on the day that the check is due.
