Staff Member Competency

Dashboard managers are able to view the competency level of individual staff members in relation to their Training, eLearning, Health Surveillance, Handbook, induction and DSE.  

Go to your main reporting dashboard and select the Staff Management module. 

Search the name of the staff record you'd like to view and select their name to open the staff record.

Once in their staff record select the 'Competency' tab. 

You will then have a full overview on their level of competency base on what their job position is assigned to complete.
