Super User - Position Competency Export

Setting up the position competency matrix is a super user functionality and only specific staff will have allocated access to set up/update/amend. Please note the position competency matrix is company wide, so the training assigned to a specific staff position will be the same for all sites. 

To manage/report your position competency matrix click onto your staff management tab from your site dashboard. 

You will then need to click on the position competency matrix button. (If you cannot see this button, you don't have access to this super user functionality and will need to request access to this). 

Here you will then get the choice of type of training you want the information for. You can then export information in relation to all the users related to the training set up or all the positions related to the training set up.

Once the type has been selected you are able to export all information for the type. For example all positions allocated to all elearning titles. 

For more detailed exports you can also select the competancy and then export.
