Updating a Alleged Food Complaint Form

If you want to update any of the forms you have logged in the allergen, poisoning or foreign object form you can do so by finding the original record in the system and click on the ID number to open the form. 

When the form opens it will be in a read only version (can be seen next to the submitted section in red). To open up the form to make and changes, click update. 

You will then be able to make any updates necessary and then click submit. 

Any time you update the form you will see there is a version history box that populates in the top right hand corner and if you click on the status, you will be able to view the previous versions of the form.
