My Dashboard - Actions
A management user will need to assign a specific action that has been created within the system to the required general user. Users can then log in, go to 'My Dashboard' and review/complete these.
If you have any assigned actions, you will be able to see these in the assigned actions section on your My Dashboard. Clicking more info will give you further details of the module/asset that the action is related to if required.
You can then click edit/complete to close the action. Fill in completed by section, action taken and completed date and click save to complete the action.
