Moving Staff

To move a staff member from one site to another, you will need to be at the top reporting level and have access to all sites. To get to the top reporting level select 'change site'

Then select the top reporting level 

Click on the staff management tab from the parent level dashboard. Click on the staff member you wish to re-allocate in the system.  Within their profile you will see there is a 'site' section which is a drop down. Click on this and select the site you wish for them to be moved to and the click save

The staff member and their training will then move to the dashboard you have moved them too. 

Ensure their site access is also amended as required and click save again.
