Safety Audit Module Overview

If your company has a Health and Safety Consultant you will also have the Safety Audit Module. The Safety Audit Module is accessible from your main reporting dashboard. 

This module can also have sub modules depending on who conducts the companies Safety Audits.

If you do not have your own Health and Safety auditors you will be taken straight to the The Safety Audits information. This will reflect the audits conducted on behalf of your company by a  consultant. 

You have several options to review the information within this module. Firstly, you can identify issues with all audits that have been conducted on your behalf. 

You can select which audit you want to review the compliance data and scoring for

You can also export the data and specifically the actions required to be completed following the site visit where a consultant has conducted a safety audit. 

You also have the option to review specific dashboards scored audits information

Additional to this you can export all information per audit record wither into PDF or excel format to work from externally to the system. You will need to select which audit you want to export by selecting the tick box. 

To find a specific audit you are able to search all date ranges. By default you can see what date ranges the module is currently showing you. To edit this go to the search icon on the right-hand side of the screen. 

Here you have the option to edit the date ranges of the records you are viewing on the main hub and which specific audits you can see. 

To view an individual audit in more detail select it's ID number 

Once in the read only form you can see the full details of exactly what the Safety Audit consisted of. You are also able to see the actions required further to this visit.
