App - Safety Audits

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Do not work on an audit on the app and the web at the same time otherwise this will break the synchronisation
  • Please note - modern devices take high resolution photos that have large file sizes so limit the number. If you add may photos this will increase the amount of data that your device will need to synchronise to the web. For example the latest iPhone stores images with a file size of 6 MB. If you add 30 photos your submission is now 180MB in size. On a good 4G signal this might take over 10 minutes to upload!

From your main reporting dashboard on the app select Safety Audits

Check the open actions firstly. Any open actions will be carried forward to the new one so if the corrective action has taken place but hasn't been documented then ensure these actions are closed out. 

Once satisfied with the actions (if this is a review of an existing Safety Audit i.e you have visited before then check the current record for this audit first) go back and select Client Audits if you manage your own

Make sure you save regularly when completing all questions to avoid any signal issues. When you have answered all questions mark the audit as complete, save and wait for synchronisation to the web.

Open the audit on the web browser version of Safety Cloud to validate/submit the audit. Here's a guide for the web browser version if needed Safety Audit Module Overview

When on the web browser click into the ID number of the Safety Audit you just completed

This ensures that all fields that are required are present. When happy select 'Validate'.
