App - Synchronising
Modules accessible via the app are: Accidents and Ill health, Audits, Safety Audits, Staff Safety Observations and Work Equipment Checks. The app will synchronise all forms within these modules that have been marked as complete/submitted while using the app.
If you are having issues with synchronising please follow these steps - *Do not log out otherwise the data will be lost*
Firstly while completing the record/form ensure is that the form is 'Marked as Complete' and is now uneditable on the app and ensure that you still have signal
Return to the flexi audit module by selecting back
Here it will flag audits you have not synched the information with internet connection to the main system
Return to your main reporting dashboard and select settings, under submissions your unsynched forms will show here. You can select which ones to synch by tapping the record.
If that is not successful - close the app DO NOT LOG OUT and check your signal on the device, ensure you are connected to internet and reopen the app to try the above again.
