App - Staff Safety Observations
Once you have logged in and navigated into your companies location select site (s) from the site list. You can only select sites(s) that you have access to. To navigate to a single site select only 1 option (dashboard) shown on the screen. To select multiple dashboards to view (if you have access to multiple sites) - Site selection (Grouping) you can group the site data together by selecting the icon on the top right
When on the main reporting dashboard (which can only access Accidents and Ill health, Audits, Safety Audits, Staff Safety Observations and Work Equipment Checks.) select Staff Safety Observations
To view current records in a read-only format select 'Form hub'
Select the record to wish to view
A pop up will then appear. Select OK to open the latest saved version.
To create a new Staff Safety Observation select 'Create New Record'
Mandatory information fields will be marked with a *. The form is unable to be completed and saved unless these fields are filled in.
Once all information has been recorded you can attach any supporting files, complete and save. Please note you are unable to edit these records on the app. If you need to make any changes you will need to login to the web browser.
Please note you are unable to raise actions in relation to a Staff Safety Observation record on the app. This must be done via the web browser. You can however view current open actions and edit/completed as needed (see related articles below).
