Forgotten Passwords
Method 1. Staff who have registered with an email
If a staff member has forgotten their password they can click on the forgotten password link on the login page where they can enter their email address to receive an email with reset instructions and a link.
Fill in the email address click reset password as shown in the image below.
You will then see the screen below- check your email and this should talk you through re-registering on the system.
Method 2. Resend welcome email
In order to reset a password on behalf of one of one of your staff members, you can do so by sending them a new welcome email.
From the staff list you can do this by ticking next to their name and clicking send welcome email.
You can also do this once on someone's profile, click on their name and click send welcome email. Ensure the email address is entered correctly in the email field.
They will receive the email which will allow them to re-register on the system.
Re-sending of the welcome email does not reset a person's password but it allows them to use the unique link and set up a new password if they have forgotten their current one.
Method 3. How to reset a Staff Members Password with no email address
To reset a staff members password who has registered as a non email user, you will need to click on the member of staffs name from your staff list.
Their username will be showing in the username field, then click on the password reset tab.
Fill in a new password and confirm password and click reset password.
