App - Uploading Files

Once you have accessed the app and navigated to the checks/records you want to review you will see a File option to add files (images/pdfs) onto the question/check/action/record as required. Select the file button. 

Select the attach media camera option to take photos in real time. Alternatively 'Attach PDF' to upload an existing document from your device. 

Select 'Take Photo' for a real time photo. Alternatively 'Choose Photo' to select a singular image already on your device. Select 'AttachMultiMedia' to upload several images that are already on your device. 

Once the image has been taken using your camera button, you must select 'use photo'. 

It will then show you a preview of the image where you can highlight/draw on the image. Again, must select the arrow button after as seen below to continue with your upload. 

You then need to name your image/document and select confirm.

You then need to select 'done'

If you have successfully uploaded an image by following the above steps you will clearly be able to see the attachment. You can then complete/submit your updates as usual and the file attachments will also be updated onto Safety Cloud 2.
