Accident Reports

The system will allow you to search through your accident data. 

If you click on the magnifying glass on the right hand side of the screen, the common search perimeters will open. 

Select the dates from, to, accident type, injury etc. and the click search. This will reload you accident page. 

ou can also export any of this information into excel by selecting the export button. 

This exported information will include all fields within a form on Safety Cloud as seen below 

Additional to this you are able to report on an overview of the accident/near miss numbers throughout the company within this module. 

This shows separate tables of Accident, Near misses, types and outcomes data across your dashboards. The results can also be exported from here.
